Click Through Rate (CTR) Calculator Explained:

(a) What is this? A calculator that tells you how many people have clicked through" to your site from an advertisement or link

(b) What does it tell me? The ACTR (Advertising CTR), the rate percentage on page views versus the click throughs of a given advertisement. The Earnings/Cost tells you what it costs per ACTR, or what you are earning per ACTR if you own the site

(c) Why should I use it? To understand either what you will earn from the advertising, or what it will cost you. You also have a measure of the effectiveness of your advertising on the web site.

(d) Caution: This is typically used for investments. It is a useful measure but should be used with care as the results per annum can vary significantly. It is recommended that the individual annual performance is also considered. You use the calculator at your own risk.
