Price Reduction Calculator Explained:

(a) What is this? A calculator showing Mark Down % and Discount % and the new sell price on a product.

(b) What does this tell me? The Mark Down % and Discount % you have applied to a product. It also tells you the new sell price.

(c) Why should I use it? Use this information to determine whether to promote a price as being a Mark Down or a Discount and the amount you wish to discount by. It may also be used to see whether a supplier/vendor is offering you a Mark Down, or a Discount as the two phrases are often used interchangably.

(d) Caution: These calculations exclude GST/VAT. The calculator does not tell you whether to reduce prices or not. Any changes to pricing or margins are entirely your decision made at your risk.
